On 2nd May, schools, libraries and families across the UK will come together to promote inclusive storytelling, accessible reading formats and the joy of books for everyone.

How Bookshops Can Get Involved in Every Cherry Day

Bookshops play a vital role in making accessible and inclusive books available to all. So, we invite independent bookshops, chains and online retailers to join us in celebrating books that ensure every child can experience the joy of reading.​

Create an Every Cherry Display: Showcase our accessible and SEND-friendly books with an eye-catching display in-store or online. We’ll provide posters and promotional materials to help!

Host an Inclusive Storytime: Run a special Every Cherry Day story session featuring books designed for dyslexic, autistic and visually impaired readers.

Hold an Accessibility Awareness Event: Invite customers to a Q&A with an author, illustrator or accessibility expert, raising awareness of inclusive publishing.
